Personal Training - $90/Hour
In-person training is the best option for those looking for hands-on coaching, whether you're new to exercise or looking to dial in your technique. Every personal training client can expect an initial movement screening and personalized programming in accord with their needs and goals. I also offer Functional Range Assessments, a full-body joint mobility assessment, as requested. After our initial contact and discussion, we'll work together to create a session package and schedule that best suits you.

Small Group Class - cost varies
In our small group programs, we practice the big basic human movements: push, pull, hinge, squat, and locomotion. Using a variety of progressions makes the class appropriate for beginners through advanced trainees. Class begins with movement prep and ends with mobility and flexibility work. Blending these components together, we strengthen and condition our bodies to be able to meet any challenge life throws at us. This is NOT a HIIT class, and you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in!
Program sessions are typically 8-12 weeks long and rotate throughout the year. Classes are capped at 8 participants. Stay tuned for special training programs, including Kinstretch and Tactical Strength Challenge prep! |
